  • For the Seller - you will receive: a comprehensive comparable market analysis; a customized market plan including extensive internet advertising as well as local and regional advertising; and consistent, direct broker contact updates on your listing and real estate market conditions.

  • For all clients - you will have a real estate broker who negotiates to your best advantage, protects your interests, and proactively monitors the transaction to address issues at the first notice.

  • Concierge services - these services address your needs from our first contact and thereon. My services do not end at escrow and I will continue to be available to you for questions and issues. I maintain a list of resources and vendors to enhance your real estate investment.
